HTR2 and AlWAYS

Anyone having this problem?? I am trying to update my version 11 Always software. I have dowloaded the version 12 upgrade and when I try to run it, it keeps uninstalling and re installing my HTR2 program and does nothing to the version 11.
It's not a big deal because I rarely use either, but I do like to play around with both occasionally.

I had the same problem, not with HTR2 but with another program that I don't use anymore. I uninstalled the old program completely and now Allways v12 works fine.
