this got in there just in time to be considered as one of the most Bizarre stories of 2005!

I don't get this one at all. made 11.5 million, lived in town 20 years, never had a problem. Walks into a jewlery store, robs it (with a thought out wriiten note). Goes around the corner to a restuarant , sits down and orders lunch?

Wow. Suddenly Jeff Reardon is becoming Jeff Wierd-One.

Supposedly this is how the arrest went:

Police officer comes in, and motions with his right arm for Reardon to come to him. Reardon jogs over to him, then hands over the gun. Officer gives him a pat on the back as he's taken away to the patty wagon. Meanwhile "Hells Bells" is playing over the jewelry store PA.

This implies that the cops knew this guy and that he was having some kind of "known" mental problems. Very bizzare to say the least.

Very cute, Valuist. Now, did he summon his backup with the right, or the left arm? Or maybe he pointed with one hand to the other arm? :D
