Stewart Elliot can stay in this country, according to immigration courts.
I am appalled! Given that immigtation agents spent more time investigating this guy than they did on the millions of those flowing in over the mexican border, one would have to conclude this guy is extremely dangerous. How can the court let him walk our streets??? I bet that Smarty Jones going in the Belmont was just an excuse, a cover, so this little punk could case NYC! I, for one, will not sleep at night knowing this mastermind is out there, plotting, planning who-knows-what?!
