Does anyone but me wonder why this trial is being televised?
Why should this "serial" killer be allowed a pulpit everyday?
He is 100% fallacious.

Our big mistake was to take him alive. As long as he lives he will be a rallying point for Iraqi extremists. Could have easily said "Sorreee...guess he is dead..."

Yes, and we could have "planted" WMD, like I read on many extremist websites the "evil" Bush administration would do when we went into Iraq.....they didn't do that either, did they?
The sad thing is that in that part of the world (at this time) TRUTHFULNESS is not respected....nor is FAIRNESS or KINDNESS. In fact, it is looked down upon as "weakness".
Fact is....the United States is more TRUTHFUL than the Arab world in general.

I am amazed it is not on TV here....would put the OJ trial to shame with the ratings.

Beating Sadaam?
I would certainly HOPE we are.

They should duct tape his mouth shut, handcuff him to his chair, and do the same thing to his lawyers if they keep mouting off.

A couple of large, no-neck marines standing on either side of him to slap the crap out of him would be fine too.
