Outlook Express mail question

I've been getting email with nothing but the little letter icon?????
Blank.
Does anyone know what this means?

It's just spam (or worse) that leaves out the info in the To:, From:, and Subject lines. I had the same problem a few weeks ago with my Comcast accounts. You may want to set up an email filter. Look at the suggestions in this link:

Thanks, Headhawg......I do block a lot of spam.....anything that is sleezy material of any kind, I just add to my block sender list.
I have really good protective software, thanks to many suggestions I have read here on PA off topic.
I haven't been getting much spam lately at all. Perhaps my ISP is cracking down. Hope so.

Genreal rule - I delete anyhting I am not expecting or recognize right off the the bat.

SoCal...sometimes a "blank" page is not blank - white text on white background.
YOU can't read it but.......
