The first plan they really DO have is to sell us the "PLAN". Like a used car salesman pimping his "cream puff".

We can assume coming from the same group of children playing war games, if it is anything like the previous 5 or 6, it is doomed to fail.

Instead I propose they dig into the historical archives and find sumpthin' more palatable. So here is my suggestion. Can't be anyworse than the latest drivel.
