Does anyone have any ideas?

I use infotran from BRIS

http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=utils

pick the stuff I need, pull it into excel and then use a macro for what I want to do.

Yarnot,
This may or may not be of help. But since BrisNet and TSN are sister companies, the data structure of their files are almost identical.
BrisNet has a Multi File structure, in addition to the Single File structure, and, I believe, (not 100% sure), that the purpose of the Multi File structure is to divide the data up so that a spread sheet like EXCEL can accommodate the data.
