Help Please

Hi Everyone,

I have an Avatar that I downloaded from the Internet and I would like to use it.
The problem is that it is a Bitmap image; The question is how do I change it to a GIF/JPG/or PNG file so I can use it. Your help would be most appreciated.

i am not an expert but you may try to save as... Some times you have an option to save in different formats.

Do a google search for a program called IrfanView.

It is a cool image editor that does alot of things for free.

Open the bitmap in Paint - then "save as" a jpeg file.
