I just had to restore my entire computer due to a virus and now when I go
to my Brisbet account I can no longer download the past performances to my
screen. I can get the video live races and replays , I can get the charts from
the races and the tote board up to date but when I go to get the past perfor
mances it just says processing then done. I 'm sure theres a setting I need
to redo but I figured maybe somebody on this board had this problem before
and could help me out. I tried contacting Brisbet support but my emails kept
coming back (but thats another story) thanks again !!!
