Wagering on racing is illegal over the internet in Nevada where I live. The only available ways are through the casinos, which require the use of an annoying pager for every single bet, and Philadelphia Park (by phone), and neither offer greyhound racing. You have to go down to the racebook to bet the dogs.

As for offshore books, I see that racebook.com and Carib both carry some greyhound tracks. TCbets apparently stopped. Does anybody know of other offshore books that handle greyhound racing?

I have used Euro off-track in the past. They have since changed their name but still offer a large selection of dog tracks. I have started to consider joining up with pony up bet since they offer essentially the same tracks. I am however uncomfortable about having to provide them with a signed W-2 form. I also wish I had more online options for playing the dogs here in Texas.

FYI Cloudman; Ponyupbet no longer accepts wagers from Texas residents.

Both of the above are legal OTB's. Neither takes wagers from Nevada residents. I stopped playing the greyhounds because the only way they can legally be played here is to go down to the racebook, and I don't like the choice of offshore books. In fact, the only two I know of are mentioned in Tom's post.
