Here's a question for the tech savvy folks at this board.

I would like to download the Call to Post ring tone for my phone. I have never done this before.

How do I do it?

How do I find the ring tone?

How much to ring tones cost?

I have cell service through T-Mobile and a v180 phone if that helps any.

Thanks to anybody that can help.

the easiest way would be to buy a data cord for the phone on ebay for about $10, adn then you can make any mp3/midi into a ringtone and upload it to your phone. that is what i do. you can cut out part of an mp3 and send it to the phone, or just about any music file.

Here's one version. Albeit a little "different". but free.

How lucky you are! I've just struggled with this, & got it done. To do it my way, you need the following:
Phone with mini USB port
Cable to conect to PC - digital camera cable worked for me
Mobiledit(free version)
MP3 file of tone(I converted mine from .wav)

Each time you try this & screw it up, you need to un & re-install Mobiledit

with mobile phone tools from motorola you shouldnt need to change it every time. and also, i have a midi for the call to the post. got it from a military sounds website since it is actually a military call

Thanks for the responses. It sounds like a little bit more effort than the ring tone is worth. I actually did some searching for the tone after my post and found it here for $1.99, but it still looks like it would be difficult to get it on my phone.
