The odds are horrible and I'm due to start losing these suckers this week -- but I'm 6-1 on them this year. You get 13 pts but give horrible odds, $10 to win $7.14.
They are irresistible tho.

here are my 13 pt teaser picks as of now -- I realize I risk the wrath of the Sports Betting God by posting this. "Oh be merciful o powerful one!!"

There so many good picks this week its scary. Got to find the most solid ones tho.

KC +16 over Bills. Yes KC is not great on the road but can Buffalo beat anyone by 16??

Bears pick em at home vs. 49ers. Great D at home. Looks like a shutout. You could also go with the teaser under at 46. These teams score 46 only if Peyto Manning gets traded to them.

Giants +3.5 at home vs. Minn. Forget last week's Viking win. This is outside, not on turf and the Giants will roll.

Panthers +3.5 at home vs. Jets. If you lose this bet you call for an investigation. Panthers might be best team in NFC.

Steelers +5 vs. Browns low line reflects Batch at QB but even if Browns manage an upset it won't be by more than a field goal.

Other possibilities on the O/U line
Broncos/Raiders over 33.
Jags Ravens under 46
Chiefs-Bills 29.5 over. Unless it snows.

Comments? Opinions???

That is a lock, those two couldn't score 46 against each other in 8 quarters.

I think the most dangerous of those is definitely Carolina over the Jets. The AFC is so far superior to the NFC that some of these good record-NFC teams may just be a product of their scheduling. Check out the Panthers and Jets opponents:

Caro: Saints, Patriots, Dolphins, Packers, Cardinals, Lions, Vikings, Bucs
Jets: Chiefs, Dolphins, Jaguars, Ravens, Bucs, Bills, Falcons, Chargers

Carolina beat a Patriot team that is clearly down and a Tampa team w/Chris Simms at QB and a banged up Cadillac Williams.

Carolina is the better team but is not a lock.

Personally, I'm not a fan of teasers. If I feel I need to tease a game, my opinion must not be strong.

to find a team like baltimore last monday and be forced to play em in a teaser. if you play a 4team parlay i'd like to see the books allow you to mix teaser and sides together. for instance last week you take 3 teasers and the colts - the 6 1/2 in a 4 team parlay. instead of getting .70 cents on the dollar for a 4 team teaser you might get even money on the side team plus whatever a 3team teaser pays combined. but if your going for a 13 point teaser i think in the right situations you can find 5 teams just as readily as you can 4 teams

A close friend of mine owns a major sportsbook and they have been getting killed with these. All games have been close and none of these seem to bust lately. I know today many played Bears at Pick and 49ers +26 so thats half a winner right there. My survivor pool has had nobody knocked out the last 4 weeks which is unheard of and bad news for Bookmakers

I think the Steelers are the dangerous one here. I would have taken Browns plus the points.

On the other hand show me a teaser that doesn't look good :)
