I rarely bet college football and didn't figure to on Breeders Cup day but there's two totals I can't pass up:

Michigan/Northwestern OVER 62 1/2--If my NIU Huskies could roll up over 400 yards offense on Michigan and almost 40 pts on NU, you know these aren't the best defenses in the Big Ten. Weather is clear here in the area and shouldn't be a factor.

WashSt/USC OVER 70 1/2--If USC needed any incentive to roll up a big score it may have been getting displaced by Texas in the BCS (BS) poll. I think Wazzu will score a bit but SC should light it up.

in comparing ms's road games with nw's home games, my numbers get me
ms 36.50 - nw 25.75 to total 62.25
comparing home and road games together for both teams i get
ms 34.65 - nw 24.65 total 59.30
with the median number at
ms 35.55 - nw 25.20 total 60.75
each team is gonna score thats for sure and it could easily get over the 62.50 mark by 6-7 points. it aint gonna be no low scoring event

for the usc-wash st game i get
sc 56.65 - ws 24.65 total 81.30 for the road games to home games
sc 54.20 - ws 22.55 total 76.75 for all games together
sc 55.40 - ws 23.60 total 79.00 for the meadian number
i think that sc is going to score fast, easy and often and that their just going to bomb ws out of the coliseum today and i think that their going to cover that -29. ws is going to get a lot of kickoffs today and if the o/u is at 70 1/2 then it all depends on the scoring that ws can do, heck at the end of the day ws may end up having more time of posession then usc its just that when they give the ball over then they may as well kiss sc goodbye
