So this is supposedly the richest handicap in the world? And they give the whole province a holiday on the day it is run.
Anybody capping/playing this one? For the first time in the states they will be accepting advance wagering on Saturday and Sunday, the race coverage begins at 6pm monday and the race is around 11pm that night (east coast time)
