Has anyone out there used Fast Capper? It is the lowest price of the Cynthia software ($100) and includes their par times. Thanks

I have used Fastcapper in the past and it's a stripped down ver of AllinOne. It doesn't have the model keeping ability and a few other bells and whistles. If you're good at picking pacelines then it's a good prgm. You can download from HDW or use it manually. It's certainly worth a $100.

I believe Cynthia is updating the program. I am due to receive the updated version when it's ready and I'll let you know.

I do that that earlier versions where well worth $100.

It appears already updated - called Fast Capper 2002 with the 2002 pars and is in Windows. I think the other Cynthia programs were all DOS.

They update it every yr to get the latest Pars in it. So they finally got a Windows ver.; that's great.

Pines is gone, Mitchell is gone. Besides Mitchell's ex-wife who's the racing brain at Cynpub now? Is David Okimato, the programmer still there?

I'm not sure. Steve McIntosh often answers tech questions on the BB. He lists himself as webmaster, code monkey and tech support chief.
