internet video replays of foreign races?

Are there any sites we can access in the U.S. that have video replays of key Breeders' Cup preps in Europe, e.g. Arc de Triomphe etc.?

Check the free Breeders' Cup section on racereplays.com. They have the Arc and several other of the Euro races. I seem to recall seeing a notice where they would be adding others as they became available.

Last I checked there was no announcer for the Arc on the replay.
