Good day to take a day off. I'm burnt from handicapping anyway.

I can't imagine that Belmont will be it great shape Saturday. BUt I'm sure they're doing the best they can. It isn't supposed to rain on Friday.

It isn't supposed to rain Wed or Thur, with only a 20% chance of rain Thur night into Fri.....

For all intents and purposes, the track will be bone dry on Saturday...don't know about the Turf, but it should be to the Euros liking, that's for sure...

Well, NYRA has already announced that all turf races for Thursday and Friday will be moved to the main track; so the turf, while with a bit of moisture still in it, should be in great shape.

Yeah, at Indiana Downs. Should be interesting to see how much attention is paid to it here in the US.

Calder is only running 5 races Sunday and Monday, all on the turf course. Hurricane did damage to the rail that needs to be repaired for the dirt track.

They've had standardbred races on the grass for years in New Zealand.
