Sad story, but it appears that PVal, after taking off mounts and missing the next day without notifying stewards, refused to take a drug test. I'll post a link as soon as I can find one, but I'm 99% sure it is legit.

I am one to say "I told you so!"

Paddy was "limping noticeably" when a reporter ran into him in the parking lot.

I'm not so sure, especially if he passes the second test.

Sorry, you are right, he was tested today -- passed yesterday, so maybe he is okay.

more lives than a couple of cats. Disgusting.........if you ask me. But then again he might just have a sore foot and a problem with his text messaging:D

If they get rid of him, it will even out the jockey colony in Cal.

I have never seen a jockey like him, I think that is why he keeps getting back in. Some days he is 3 in front after 2 jumps. Twenty? or so years ago, he was in Chicago at Hawthore evading the officials in CA, he put horses that would usually break slow on the lead, and win wire to wire. He did it more times with bad horses than any jock I ever saw. He was amazing.

He will be back. Nobody cares.
