Sendipity got off at 30-1, went straight to the lead, was well rated,was still in front in mid-stretch, and just missed holding off a deep closer.

That concludes my posting in the selections thread. I'm not sure what the ROI is for all the plays, but I know that it's positive (moreso on straight plays only--the few exotics didn't fare well). Hopefully somebody was able to tag along and make some money.

Geez! I don't know how many times thats happened to me, especially when I used to play simulcasts and bet 20 races a day. Nowadays if I bet a longshot to win, I just automatically by an exacta backwheel to the field for a dollar, perhaps a little more on the favorite if i think it's legit.

Stick to it though. The long run is usually plus with longshots when you know when to stab. Good luck.
