Picks for Belmont Saturday:
R1 #4 Busy-She gets a favorable pace situation today. Returns to the sprint game and has run well at this track in the past.
R2 #6 Jumping Jack Louie-Should benefit from the offtrack. He should be able to establish a clear lead here.
R3 #4 More Heck-His best races come at BEL. He was competitive at this level last year. The race may set up nicely for him today.
R4 Pass
R5 #2 Taking the Redeye-Romped in last on a sloppy surface. Should be tough here.
R6 #1 No Called Strikes-Should go better here with more distance. Barn does well with 2nd out runners. Has drilled very well since his debut.
R7 Pass
R8 #9 Keeneland Kat-She looks like a runner, winning from off the pace, as well as battling on the pace. Added distance shouldn’t be a problem.
R9 #7 First Samurai-Tough to go against him here.
