Serious question – can someone tell me why “Limehouse” shouldn’t take to the turf today. He looks like a natural to me.

I'm using him in my P4 and P6 today. He should like the turf and he has a good shot if he does. I don't think this race is a lock for Artie.

when so many foreign nags enter a contest at a track that accomodates their galloping styles (as opposed to the quickness requried on those INNER TIGHT turf courses like Churchill or Anita), they generally have an advantage.

Limehouse?? What about this horse would make it an attractive bet against this field? The surface change makes him a real question. Artie Schiller never puts in a bad one and silver?? might improve off the last and then there are the foreigners.. A tough spot

Grand Slam has 110 Grass Starters from 460 foals of racing age, 284 have raced. 15 of them won first out on Grass. The best being Cajun Beat, GRD3 Grass winner, Hollywood turf Express.. Grand Slam ran once on the grass and ran 2nd. LH should like the grass.......will probably blast out and go wire to wire if he wins...I tossed him because I think there is too much speed, and if even if its slow, there are a few that like the front, or near it (including the big FAV) and I figure him pressed no matter what the fractions. Even though he has won at 8 and 9 panels on dirt, I think he'll stop (slow) on grass at 7 furlong marker.

Nice call Ralph! Migliore is really, really struggling at this meet, and was simply outridden today by Prado.
