Does any harness track provide freebie programs on their sites?

The Daily Harness Program is a great buy for a couple of bucks or so but I can't always find it near me when I want to indulge a bit in the trotters.

Maybe someone else could help out but the only one I know that is 100% free download of the pp's is batavia-downs.com. I bet that track just for that reason. :)

"Does any harness track provide freebie programs on their sites?"

Not many in the US. It's a violation of the USTA data agreement to which the tracks pay subscription fees.

Cal X offers free by email, and by download at the CHHA site.
Saratoga offers 1$ monthly fees (was free before they were pinched).

Many Canadian tracks offer their programs for free. ( http://mi-harness.net/trks/Canadian.html )

HPI offers the WEG programs (and free viewing of live races) for a free registration.

The Meadowlands (when racing) offers many free programs.

Your best option for getting free programs is to just monitor or at least register for every new Harness Racing Handicapping contest as they begin. Nearly all provide free programs.

The USTA has one that will run for some weeks:
