These guys were great in the face of disaster. They should run FEMA!

They never missed a backup, despite Katrina. They may not be the cheapest, but support in the setup & beyond has been excellent.

They'd soon be outta business if their backups failed. Unfortunately, gummint has the power to tax without the corresponding accountability of its employees, so why should they care? They'll still have a job, perhaps at a lower rank and no decrease in salary. If you ran a business that way, you'd have few, if any customers. You'd be OOB really fast.
