Instead of a 21 can salute how about just great big volcano erruption? There's got to be an active one some where in the world just ready to belch a big one at any moment.

The article did not say there was no cameras. Perhaps this meeting (Citi Club perhaps) will show up on a cable news broadcast soon. It would be interesting to watch.
