Owner Ken Ramsey said he would start to enter horses, thus ending his boycott due to new medication rules in Kentucky. Here is a quote from the DRF:
"(Dale) Romans assured him that the state would work with horsemen to massage the new rules before they came permanent."
WTF is that?? Massaging the rules?? Nothing is changing. All the talk about them cracking down last spring became a total joke. You either have rules or you don't. And if you have to "massage" them, you don't have rules.
