Computer question

I have a question which I saw the answer to on here a few days back. I can't find the answer. I cannot open attachments when I use outlook express. Thank you,

In Outlook Express:

Main Menu>> Tools>> Options>> Security Tab>>

uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opend that could potentially be a virus."
