Got a mailing today from an outfit out of Omaha,NE that calls itself Turf News Publications.Two systems.The first being John Kourt's "Blue Ribbon System".The second,called simply"The System"was seemingly developed by a now-deceased gentleman known only as "Downtown Sol".Just thought I'd let you folks know about this.Put my order in earlier this morning.Soon,I'll be drowning in money.

Downtown Sol system is just a card with different figures for final times in

comparable races. Then there is 1 other factor to figure in and you get your

final number and the highest is the winner. I actually used it last Friday at

the OTB for Arlington and the late Saratoga races and it did ok playing

exactas with the top few picks. It didn't fare as well at the lesser tracks

at least for the few races I tried it on. Penn National , Charlestown

etc.
