I know some on here like Buddha play Mountaineer quite a bit. I rarely do, but did play the card on Sunday. I thought the track seemed pretty strongly biased to favor the outside on Sunday. Is this unusual there?

not in my opine......... a decent early speed horse in the 9 hole or more usually runs well.......

for a while now, it has seemed that the inside is not the place to be. there may be a week or so where the inside isnt that bad, but in general, most of them stay 2-3 paths off the rail or further.

the people who use HTR (this is not a plug) love this track. And a few others.

There is a contest starting soon. this month. ANyone can play.

Most of the time MNR is a big factor track in every contest. If you know what to look for it is a monster. If not it is just anouther dirt ring.

Personally, it is one of my favorite longshot tracks. A lot of fun. Think outside of the box!

nice late double tonight of 7-8. had the double for $2 and it paid $166. more or less, both horses made outside moves to win their races.
