That site stinks. And why can't a site adjust its picks for
scratches. That tells me that its largely unmanned & not
backed sufficiently. And mentioning all those possible winners
for each race: Any system that gives more than 2 picks for the
winner of a race is just hedging.

Derek, I am sorry you feel that way about our site. Fortunately, everyone else has been kind enough to drop a nice word. But you cannot please everyone, I guess..

To address your comments:

1) We cannot adjust for scratches simply because these selections are posted the night before, as a service to our visitors. Posting picks once scratches are available would be senseless, as most people download the picks 1-2 hours before post time.

2) The horses listed are not 'possible winners', they are predicted order of finish, for exacta and trifecta wagering. Those are the top 4 rated horses in each race.

If you are unhappy with our site, I will gladly remove you from our newsletter which you requested to be on. Just let me know!

For once, I must agree with Derek. If you can't allow for scratches, your site isn't really useful. Sure, many people won't bother to come back when there is a scratch, but some will. Especially those who really use the site to bet serious money (assuming any such exist). Even if the scratch is 5 minutes to post, you should get something up ASAP. This is supposed to be a serious service, not an astrology board where one size fits all.

Well Dick, I guess all I can say is that our site isn't for everyone. I understand if its not useful to you if we do not alter the selections 5 mtp, I wish you luck in finding a more comparable site for selections, honestly.
