Picks for Saratoga Sunday:
R1 #7 Gray Suitor-Lightly raced runner should go off at good odds. Gets a positive jock switch today, and I like him to move forward here with the dropdown.
R2 #6 Truer Than True-Didn’t break well but still was able to track a solid pace in his debut. No runners passed him in the stretch, so a clean break may be all he needs to take this. Last drill was a nice one.
R3 #3 Moon’s Halo-Showed tracking ability in debut. Returns with solid worktab for hot barn.
R4 #6 Zero Probability-Put up his best effort with Velazquez climbing aboard last out in a losing effort. Has run well without the lead in the past and should get a good stalking trip here.
R5 #9 Dressed to Kill-Bred ok for turf. Barn/jock doing well together.
R6 #2 Pangasis-Best efforts come on today’s surface. Gets a big jock upgrade for today’s run. No world beaters in here.
R7 #3 Magnolia Jackson-Looked good winning debut. Low price is likely.
R8 #7 Silver Charades-Showed much ability in Canada. Ships into a good barn here and gets Prado.
R9 #2 Going Wild-Tried to step with LITF last out and paid the price. Returns to his best distance and will be an earl pace factor here.
R10 #11 Chez Audra-Shipper returns to his best surface/distance and gets jock that last won with him today. Late running style should neutralize the bad post somewhat.
