I got the key-race e-mail flyer. Looked legit to me. The sample was from July 22. I actually spent a couple of minutes randomly looking up how some of the horses did.

42 starters (there were about 3x that many) 6 winners 4 seconds
Winner's odds: 11-1, 6-5, 7-2, 4-1, 3-1, 10-1
Second's odds: 14-1, 5-1, 6-5, 9-2

Didn't get any warnings from my virus software (AVG).
