View Full Version : Money Management Books
Along the same lines as the 'best and worst books', I was curious what everyone would recommend as the top 2 or 3 money management books for an advanced player.
I have heard mixed reviews about Meadow's book, more bad than good.
Thanks

EIG,
Well Eig I tend to disagree that Barry Meadow's book "Money Secrets at the Racetrack" is not a worthwhile read. I am one handicapper that feels it is well worth your time and would make it my top choice.
Others that you may find interesting are:
Thoroughbred Handicapping as an Investment/Dick Mitchell
Value Handicapping/Mark Cramer
The Odds on Your Side/Mark Cramer
Commonsense Handicapping/Dick Mitchell
Although I haven't read it, Tom Walters book on Exotics is a strong candidate for a future read. This is based on many handicappers opinions I value. Believe if a copy is still available, you might find it over at HTR's site.
Again just my opinion,
Hdcper
