#10 Safe Play. ML is 8/1; I'll take 9/2 or higher at the gate. Good debut breeding, trainer is strong, decent rider and I really like the workout pattern.
Happily, the CD bettors thumped the horse down to an unplayable 7/2, as it finished a well-beaten fourth. In retrospect, a silly race to pick a firster as the favourite was a regally bred horse with serious figures from its last try despite being bothered by a loose horse. Also had good workouts since that race.
