Here is the link to TSN files which are very similar to BRIS files.
The price is fifty cents.

Most purveyors of SCD data will meet DRF's yearly charges if you sign up for that amount of time. That way you get all the tracks for around $2.00 a day. Hard to beat if you're serious about this business and want an inexpensive way to build a DB.

On a related note, is there any way to obtain archived past performances for the last few months that don't cost an arm and a leg?

Open up a BRISbet account. If you bet on the Belmont card, you are entitled to free PPs through BRISnet. So basically, if you do a $2 Win wager, your Belmont PPs through BRIS are free.

Call Doug Manley at PostTime Solutions. They normally charge $0.75 per card, but if your order is big enough you should be able to get a deal.
