Official time and disqualification

If a horse is disqualified, either upon inquiry or at a later date, is the DQ'ed time still the official one and is that time used by all pace and speed figure makers? Thanks!

Being DQed doesn't mean a horse would have run slower, the horse just made someone else run slower. So yes, I use that time.
