Its very sad to see a icon such as MJ who millions of people grew up listening to his music, and even tryed his famous "Moonwalk", Gone is the famous " white Glove" Very sad for the people who over the years bought his records by the millions and now his life has come down to this!..

"We the jury, find the defendant, Michael S. Jackson, wierd in the first degree. "

****

Judge: "How do you find the defendant?"
Forman: "We didn't find the defendant, butwe DID find his nose - it rolled under our bench when he sneezed Monday."

****

What do Michael Jackson and the A Rod have in common?
Both wear a glove on thier left hand for no apparent reason!

Anyone see the Shouthpark episode where MJ is watching the kids and is playing "got your nose?" One of the kids does it to him and pulls his nose off, and the kid freaks out. One of the funniest things I ever saw.

I think this case was more about the mother pulling a major scam on him like she has on others. I think he'll end up walking on this one, even if he actually did do things with this boy, because I don't think the mother and those she controls are believeable.

However, I do think he's done these things to others. The D.A. just chose the wrong people to use to prosecute him. He'd better close up the ranch to overnight guests and keep everyone he isn't married to out of his damn bedroom! He sure is guilty of being one wierd dude with horrible judgement!

If you ever want to committ a crime and get away with it, do it in LA...those jerks couldn't convit Bin Laden. You got a better chance of convicting someone in Night Court than LA.

Like, do those DAs ever even talk to their so-called star witnesses before they put them on the stand?
Marsha Clark and Chris Darnell(?) put on one of the most pathetic cases in history. They took a montain of evidence and made it vanish...Kreskin couldn't have done any better! LOL!

Sad sacks.

As a resident of So. Calif. I will answer Bobby's question.
ALL of the black people I know, think Michael Jackson is as big a freak as white people, hispanic people, asian people, etc.
No one of any decency wants him to walk, if found guilty of these awful charges.
No.....to answer your question....there will be no riots.

If it were not for the late Johnnie Cochrane.....MJ would have been convicted of child molestation in 1993.
They had him stone cold guilty.....with the smoking gun.
Cochrane told MJ....settle....you have NO CHANCE to beat the rap.
He did, for over twenty million dollars.
Look, the "man" sleeps with little boys......has turned himself into a "white woman".......he is a disgrace.
I truly hope they convict him.
An old friend of mine who passed away years ago.....was a well known entertainer and father of a superstar entertainer....Sammy Davis Sr.
Daddy Sam we used to call him at the race track. He commented on Michael Jackson back in the 1980s.
Daddy Sam used to hang out with us at the track. I asked him what he thought of Michael Jackson.....his reply:
"he is trying to look like Liz Taylor, sing like Dolly Parton, and dance like my son". He laughed and added: "I think he's a "fagala"
I don't think Sammy Davis Sr. was impressed with Michael Jackson and he would not be today, if he were still alive.....by the way, he was a wonderful man and we still miss him today....RIP Daddy Sam.

why doesnt this freak live overseas where his obsession with little boys would be overlooked?he could get his jollies and keep his image intact as the King of Pop.he doesnt have any reason to live here and run the risk.he is far more popular overseas. But if he didn't learn from the last time,he won't ever learn.I think he may get off,due to the lousy cali legal system. If by chance he gets convicted and is sentenced to jail time,he will probably try to off himself.lets hope he uses a shotgun as a microphone and sings the Double ought blews.

Did you have France in mind? :D
I wouldn't like to see him anywhere exploiting children, sadly you are probably right superfecta.....he'll end up in Brazil or Thailand exploiting little poor boys.
He is a despicable "man".

the real question to me is DID MJ DO THAT STUFF?

you gotta be joking? He's been accused of it for years by numerous kids.

He gets the little boys drunk, shows em porn, kisses and fondles them.

He walks too. CA justa GD shame. Couldn't convict OJ and had his and Nicole and Ron's blood all over town - at his house and thier house. History of domestic violence.

The case isn't about what kind of person the defendant is. You can't send someone off to prison because you think he or she is nuts.

While that IS the case here with "Wacko Jacko," the United States judicial system states that there CANNOT be reasonable doubt to find the defendant guilty. There is here. He'll walk.

kenwoodallpromos
06-08-2005, 04:50 PM
Reasonable doubt in his defense is "I'm rich and they all want money".
Don't worry, after he is convicted a shrink will proves he's nuts.

Bobby
06-09-2005, 11:45 AM
When you settle for between $15-40 million, there's little reasonable doubt. That's called admitting guilt.

Stop using common sense......it is a socal jury...........

so.cal.fan
06-09-2005, 06:40 PM
Doug makes an interesting point.
I think the key witness here was the maid's son....the nice young man who is now a youth pastor. He was very credible and likable......and very brave to testify....because he knew it was the right thing to do.
If I was on the jury, I probably would have thought the boy's mother is nutty, and perhaps him and his brother are little brats.....however....I have to remember this boy had CANCER......and based on MJ's prior bad acts.....he was a victim of MJ.
I would rule GUILTY on all charges......I don't like Michael Jackson.....at all.
To me he is worse than OJ....OJ was/is a psycho.....on drugs, ego maniac, wife abuser, who reacted in a fit of jealous rage and killed Nicole and poor Ron.
Michael Jackson is a predator of little boys.....he plans and plots his crimes.
He feels he is above the law and can get away with this because he is Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson may be guilty of a lot of 'sins', but as a previous poster said, the DA tried the wrong case. He was NOT proven guilty in THIS case!

You may dislike him for a lot of reasons, but this was the wrong case to bring forward.

For you haters, there is a small victory: he had to spend tens of millions of dollars to beat off (I know, a bad choice of words) charges that a lot of legal minds say never should have brought forward.

My question to Al Sharpton and Jesse jackson...would you let YOUR kids stay overnight at Neverland?

Hmmmm, couldn't even even convict of a lesser charge of giving alcohol (Jesus Juice) to a minor? What are they treaching in them California schools? they let theses people breed and drive cars? Nut capital of the world. Do we have to keep California as a state?

Scott was not a celebrity, Dan....he was a hated sociopath and Lacie turned into the beloved celebrity.
Scott was guilty and they did the right thing.
Michael was guilty and they did the wrong thing.
Blake was guilty and they did the wrong thing.
OJ was guilty and they did the wrong thing.

Shame on So. Cal jurors......Shame!
OJ won't kill again (hopefully)
Blake will not kill again
Michael Jackson.....he will molest little boys again....probably in Thailand or Brazil......and these stupid jurors will have to share responsibility.
Oh well, maybe they don't care about little dark skinned poor boys in Brazil or the poor little Asian waifs in Thailand who are exploited by pedophile creeps.....just like they didn't care about that little Mexican kid from Los Angeles. Shame on the Michael Jackson jurors.

The case presented to the jury was a piece of crap. End of story. Sneddon is more guilty than the Juror's .........of turning MJ loose

so.cal.fan
06-14-2005, 09:25 AM
You're right, Ralph.
Sneddon was not a likable guy. He shouldn't have been on the case.
Just like the jurors in the OJ case didn't like Marsha Clark.
After hearing most of these jurors commenting last night....they really didn't like the mother or the kid and truth be told....Sneddon, but they won't say that.
I didn't like the jury......unlike the Peterson jury....these people didn't seem to get "reasonable doubt". Their reasonable doubt was they didn't like the mother and the kid and the prosecution team. They were just like the stupid jury that let Robert Blake loose....after all....Barretta couldn't have committed a murder? Right? Just because Michael Jackson sleeps with little boys of a certain age group and appearance........he's not a pedophile....right? According to these 12 fools.......yes. :faint:

hehe maybe america will re-think the "age of consent" issue. when i saw them
jurors interviewed, i thought " how cool middle america is." they seemed so
honest / sincere folks. so, whats the issue? were they star struck? somehow,
i dont think so. well, maybe a little, but not really. the evidence was lacking?
maybe its not there? yet, suppose, a kid wants to play? he doesnt need or want his parents' ok. but the parents learn of it & THEY make a deal of it,
iows, they traumatize their kids. its not the act, its their responses. hehe,
but thats the way their world spins. parents feel they gotta play their roles.
maybe parents should re-think their relationships.

JustRalph
06-14-2005, 10:21 PM
The age of consent in most states is set by a Judge. Judges rule on cases and whichever case a judge says a minor was "consenting" and finds the defendent not guilty etc (or a jury can do it also) the age of that minor becomes the "age of consent" for that jurisdiction. In Ohio, the last I heard was 12 yrs old.

Anything out of his pod of knowledge and he thinks it is middle America.
A very limited Lexicon? who knows..........

My wife was approached about a job in Times Square today.........huge pay....benefits etc........lookout Derek.......the Clampetts might be invading......but I don't think we will consider it..........
