It all looked like hieroglyphics this morning.

Popped in a Richard Thompson live CD, and along with a cup of Kenyan AA, I feel like I'm reborn, and in the game.

I love listening to music when I "cap" races. Opera and Sinatra are the 2 that get the play here!

Richard Thompson.........YES!!!

I'd never heard of the guy before a local dj played Vincent Black Lightning at least once a show for several weeks. Do thay have to revive him after his performances? What energy. If you listened to him and drank potent coffee at the same time, did you have to be revived? I've got to get some of his CD's.

Usually don't listen to anything while I'm capping but always seem to be playing a little Johnny Cash on my way to the wagering venue

The Talking Heads always get my handicapping juices flowing. It's just fun music. I make new associations each time I hear a David Byrne song.

"Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner" by Warren Z. is my handicapping theme song, it unfortunately all too well sums up my usual style of play.

Either a tape of the "alpha sound" to put me in the zone, or a any Beatles album.
