Article in Thoro Times says that what is being considered is defining "post time" for the purposes of taking wagers as when the gates open.
The article also states that currently in Nevada, "post time" is defined as when the last horse enters the gate.
I recall from my Nevada days that "post time" was when the first horse enters the gate.
Can someone from Nevada please clarify what the current practice is.
