Not offering an opinion one way or the other on Delay, but here is what I found:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7994750/

"DeLay, the second-ranking Republican in the House, was not a defendant in the suit, which was filed against committee treasurer Bill Ceverha."

"a Texas judge ruled that a committee formed by the powerful Republican had violated state law by failing to disclose $600,000 in mostly corporate donations."

Here's a good one from the DNC:

“The long arm of the law finally caught up to the rule-breaking, power-abusing Tom DeLay,” said DNC spokesman Josh Earnest.

Come on now, I don't seem to remember your outrage about Hillary's fundraiser's indictment. And failing to disclose contributions hardly sounds like election fraud. Could you possibly be any more one sided in your views?

Whoever is the candidate should bear some responsibility for what their people do. I suggest a 6-year ban from running for public office for Delay and Hillary. Or at least run with only voluneer workers. I'm sure some political careers are run like a big business, and some like a rock star's career.

I didn't think my post was an outrage, just trying to keep the folks on board up to date.
