Canadian tracks?

I assume purses, claiming prices, etc. listed in charts & programs for Canadian tracks are in Canadian dollars, although I'm not positive. What's the best way to compare purses/class levels with American tracks?

I'd get a set a par times, but I can't afford them...

Hi GT,,,Your 1st assumption is correct,,,,The DRF is giving you CAN$ for Can.tracks,,,,However for you to convert is a mistake IMHO,,,,Just take the i.e. 32K claim or the 62K OpCl for what it is,,,,The class config run the same at Woodbine as Gulfstream from 10K CL thru Gr1 Stks. If you are still looking for a US$ comparison then just divide by the current exchange rate which today is approx. 1.6%,,,,Another i.e a 7fur race for 3+ @ 20K Cl the purse is 30K Canadian.That would translate into 12.5K US with a 18K US purse,,,,Also the FT helps with class differance,,,,Hope this is helpful,,,Rex You,,,,:cool: :cool:
