Its a double edge sword... You want it to come, but you don't want to beat the summer back. Enjoy June , July & August.

Plus, I'm lucky, I drive up opening weekend... :cool:

Plus...I'm heading to Belmont for the Belmont.

not that its a big deal but my plans have changed -- i'll be in on the first Wednesday the 24th and staying two days, possibly three. definitely not for the Travers.

I live in Saratoga year around. It is still depressing the day after Labor Day realizing that the races won't be back for nearly another year and there is a long cold winter in the meantime.

I was depressed drinving home on the thruway last year, then scared, watching that HUGE thunderstorm light up the skys and the deluge of rains making driving difficult.

Then I remebered YOU guys were still outside when it hit and I was already in my car. Laughed so hard I almost drove off the road!:lol:

Yea, some of us stayed under the tent, others went out and got caught in it, and SOAKED!!!!!!

I've got them warming the plane in Brussels right now. Flying first class. You don't head to the Spa in coach! Then when I get there, it gets better :)
