Terrific ride by Jeremy Rose, right from the spring of the gates he put his mount in perfect position to win the race.

Huge Kudos to the athleticism of Afleet Alex to pick himself up & go on to win.

That kid rode a perfect race...and threw in some acrobatics foe good measure turning for home. Hats off to Jamie Rose....that kid got game!

(and I hope he has another saddle, too! )

That Jeremy Rose was unbeleivable. Cool & after seemed like a great guy.
AA was the BEST. But, if AA had gone down, which seems almost a miracle
he did not, then the stewarts would be forced to DQ Scrappy & then Giacomo
would be the winner. LOL, man Andy would have been unprintable. Great Race.

A little bit of irony here-What If?-Scrappy T knocks down AA wins then DQ'd?Giacomo The Winner-wow that would of created a major debate :D

I doubt that very much. If Afleet Alex went down, it would have forced both Giacomo, Sun King and several others to check or alter their moves. That would have left High Limit in second and he would have been the winner. Giacomo was able to finish third precisely because AA was able to stay up.

I can't believe Alex did not breakdown. One of the scariest moments I've seen in a long time.

For him to overcome that and still win by 5 lengths, absolutely amazing.
