Over the past few years, his record has been just about as good as Dutrow's. He just doesn't stable in NY.

Things haven't been great since the CD meet started for Amoss. With milkshake testing in KY, according to the DRF stats, he is 2 for 20 at the Churchill meet. Still a small sample, but one has to wonder if he'll ever come back to those 30% numbers in Kentucky.

Amoss will find richer owners and better horses, like Joe Woodard must be doing at CD. He is 5 wins in 10 starts.

Bill Hays has been Woodard's principle owner for a few years. Woodard has always been decent but his horses are really sharp at the current meet.

Ironically, that first race winner today trained by Woodard (and owned by Hays) was claimed away from.......Amoss.

Before we get too excited about new drug rules in Kentucky, a friend of mine (who owns horses) told me that he heard from a few trainers that Kentucky isn't "enforcing those rules for the locals". I can't guarantee this is correct but I'm not one bit surprised if it is true. Is it coincidence that one guy won 9 races in a row at CD this meet?

It is no more coincidence than Castro winning 9 in a row!
You are drug paranoid. Wait until the test results come in!
I picked 8 of 8 winners at GGF one day and 47 in a row to show another day; I'll let you figure out how I drugged them from home! :p

How do you like my previous Woodard post; I wonder how I helped him drug those winners?! ;)

You are joking, correct?

I definitely don't think Woodard needs any help.

Bottom line is talk and policy mean nothing if they aren't enforced, and enforced on everyone.

I'll think twice before betting ship ins into the Commonwealth of KY.
