Belmont.........R1 BRIGADIER BROOKS
Was benched after his greenly-run July 17 dirt sprint debut here and returned with a useful effort Apr. 15 trying a route on turf at Gulfstream Apr. 15, in which he managed third with a less than ideal trip.

Benched after decisively scoring at first asking, has rebounded for a pair of runner-up efforts since failing to threaten in Feb. 6 return. Bailey takes over for Violette.
