Happy Sunday, 5/15. Me & Solange just came back from a 6 mile bike ride
totally refreshed even after partying last night. I'm wondering How many of
you cappers exercise briskly & find your brain is refreshed for better capping?
Trust me that fresh air & some aerobics is great for you. Anyways, have a fun
time today.

If I'm having a bad day betting, I take the dog for a walk in the middle of the day and clear my head. Many times this helps.

My dog sure does get a lot of exercise!:D

Absolutely right, aerobic exercise not only is physically benefical but
mentally, there's nothing better. Kreed (?) a straightforward, non
confrontational, post, even more refreshing. Have a good one.

I been riding the bike now that the snow is gone. Much easier than the jogging :D Doesn't do much for the handicapping , even though thats what I'm thinking about while on the bike.

I walk on the beach- I walk along the water on wet sand if I want to walk in "sloppy" sand, and in the dry sand for Calder-like conditions.

Yea, I run 2 or 3 miles about 3 times a week. I also lift weights. It is very refreshing.

Hal's Image just worked a 59 and change at CRC- very fast for Calder. He may want the lead at the Preakness.
I guess the dry sand is a slight exaggeration. But a deeper, softer surface for humans to exercise on will develop a foundation.
