Anyone know if Fort Erie's toteboard is available online for free?

BRIS, BRISBET and Phonebet don't carry it.

Thanks, Nick -- but I couldn't find a toteboard anywhere. Looks like you have to sign up in order to see the tote. I guess they aren't too interested in horse race betting revenue. Must be making enough money off the slots.

I don't understand why they make it so difficult and time consuming to sign up. Me thinks they really don't want any customers. It's all about the slots.

If you go to the DRF website and access their tote (just a user name and password required, no fee) see if it is listed on their menu. If it is not, send them an e-mail asking to put the Fort on the tote menu. They did that for me some months ago for another small track. It was done within 30 mins.

It seems that they have a pretty informative web site that offers live video steaming (which might even be free). From what I’ve seen all live video streams at will at least let you see the changing odds if that’s all you’re interested in. Beyond that I believe the RacingChannel.com offers the Fort Erie live tote board, but you have to have an account to view it.

Swetyejohn,

I believe you can find an online toteboard for Fort Erie at the Windsor Raceway site at www.windsorraceway.com ... Once you're at this site on a Fort Erie racing day, just scroll down the page and look at the LIVE RACING menu on the left-hand side. There you'll find a line that reads NET TOTE - TOTEBOARD. Just left-click on that line. Fort Erie should be on the toteboard menu.

Nick,

That must have been why it was so difficult to find -- it wasn't there!

Thanks.

Doesn't YouBet carry Fort Erie?

The might. I don't want to open another betting acct - I've got about 5 or 6 already.

T2W,

Thanks for the tip. I'll give them a try.
