I skimmed the article real quickly, did I miss something? I didn't see where UPS even bid on the property? Seems like just a bunch of homebuilders were bidding on it, which brings to mind this question. Who would buy a house in that area?

They said the same thing in Chicago when 400k townhouse were going up just a few blocks from one of the more horrific vertical housing projects [Cabrini Green] in the country. Now the most sought after real estate.
