A) Is that horse ever going to win another big one again (Colonial Colony anyone?)
B) Did the winner of the super bet the ages of their grand children?????
C) Afleet Alex still ran a great race and I'll take him any day
D) 3 TC races, 3 winners
Sun King 15
Bandini 19
High Limit 20......
Didn't come close to hitting, but sure feel good about the ones I left off
If it is gonna happen the issue that will make or break it is...Field size.
Any controlled pace scenario puts him up against it.
What was the Derby 1/2 mile? 2nd fastest in History?
Will not get that going mile and 3/16th in an 9 horse field in Maryland.
Mile and 1/2 at belmont gives him room to chase moderate numbers...But Needs 11+ horse's in the Preak

It looks like there were $6 worth of winning tickets on the super.

Reservior Dog's should know this shit! :D Unless they're Mr. Pink
Divide the Payout into the Pool...
133 grand into 22 million, goes 166 times.

Yeah, that's easy for you to say. You're Mr. White. You have a cool sounding name. All right look, if it's no big deal to be Mr. Pink, you wanna trade?

Hey, nobody's trading with anybody. This ain't a goddamn f*cking city council meeting, you know. Now listen up, Mr. Pink. There's two ways you can go on this job-- my way or the highway. Now what's it going to be, Mr. Pink?

Divide the Payout into the Pool...
Technically you have to subract the takeout from the pool, and then divide the payout into the pool.

Again, I remind folks that people were dissing Real Quiet and Charismatic after they won their Derbies, and they both managed to come pretty close to pulling off the ultimate "pick 3"

I had Alex, and Closing Argument in my combos........but Giacamo was always one of my first throw outs:bang: sigh
I'm glad its over......overhyped, and can't seem to make a profit (me that is). Now lets just go back to making some money!

A look at current history of the Preakness.I would not diss Giacomo.Derby winners tend to run very well in Preakness. This one will be a price again because of the public's fluke win opinion.I for one will not leave him off my Preakness wagers.

Who thinks Alex will run in the Preakness? How about zito's horses? Which run which don't.

Rose seemed pretty confident AA would run in the Preakness. As for Zito, I could see High Fly and Sun King going, he might save Bellamy Road for the Belmont.
sounded more like hope than certainty.

Who win run next? You all sound like cheap trainetrs! LOL! Give the horses a day or 2 to see how they are physically is my advice.
Remember all 20 may not run in the Preakness- maybe less then 10 including some who did not run in the KY Derby.
Since G earned a 100 Beyers, who is already rested who may jump into the Preakness?

As of today, the top three in the Derby are definites for the Preakness. Afleet Alex is scheduled to arrive in Baltimore on Wednesday.
The Preakness is limited to 14 starters, so we will definitely see less than the 20 that ran in the derby. :)
I guess we need to become Giacomo fans if we want to see a triple crown winner. Go Giacomo !!!
