Folks in Southern California .. if they are hip at all ...know the real meaning
of the word BANDINI !! Of course there is a street named Bandini ..just a
bit south of Downtown Los Angeles. It just happens ..that many of the
firms located on this street ...deal in certain commodities. Renderings..
waste, garbage, fertilizer etc. Thus the slang expression ....
" You are full of Bandini ! "
So...if this horse wins .. oh the possibilities LOL

Years ago, there was a commercial on the radio where a sultry voiced women would say, "Bandini is the word for fertilizer."

In the Los Angeles area ! Everyone knew what yah meant when you
mentioned " Bandini " in a certain context. You see...Bandini Blvd is famous
for the number of companies .. that are involved in the ..how can I put
this LOL ..Involved in Manure.. fertilizer .. and other such items. Jim Healy
really helped to make the word BANDINI .. A HOUSEHOLD WORD. At any
rate .. watch out for the Bandini .. on or off the track. Healy was a fixture
in LA radio for 45 years. One of his standard lines was " He can sling the
BANDINI pretty good " lol
