In earlier posts I explain what they mean, about once a week I put it on the bottom. E&H(exacta boxes and hedge ), 5-1(5-1 odds and up bet), Turf(turf claiming races), spots( I would say make your own line that you normally are comfortable at betting, just started these a bit back, so I'm still watching the %'s myself)
